Free · AI Readiness Audit

Free AI audit
for UK businesses.

A four-minute form, a ranked PDF in your inbox within 24 hours. No call, no sequence, no card. The first hour of consulting we'd normally charge for, given to you for nothing.

What you get

A short document with the work, not a sales pitch.

01

Three or four ranked use cases

Specific to your business, ranked by likely return. Each one names the team that owns it, the rough effort, and what a sensible first step looks like.

02

A sensible first step for each

Not "deploy a chatbot" — the actual pilot you would run, the data it needs, and what good would look like at the end of two weeks.

03

One or two dead-ends to avoid

The ideas that sound attractive but will not pay back, with the reason. Saves more time than the recommendations sometimes.

Sample output

What a Norcliff audit looks like.

Four pages, plain English, no padding. Each use case tagged Strong fit, Worth a look, or Avoid so you can skim and prioritise.

The version pictured is a redacted real audit, for a small UK consultancy with about thirty people on the team and a busy quote-to-spec pipeline.

SAMPLE OUTPUT · PAGE 02
Three things to try, one to avoid.
Ranked by likely return, given what you described in the form.
01
STRONG FIT
Quote-to-spec triage from inbound emails
~6 hrs/wk recovered. Start with a private inbox, one rule, two weeks.
02
STRONG FIT
Site-photo to draft progress note
Pairs with your aerial work. Drafts only; engineer signs off.
03
WORTH A LOOK
Bid-document summarisation for partners
Useful but governance is the cost. Pilot with one team first.
04
AVOID
A "company GPT" on your whole intranet
Familiar idea, poor return. The data isn't clean enough yet.
Questions

Frequently asked.

What does the free AI audit actually include?
You answer four short questions about your business, your team and where the week disappears. Within 24 hours we send back a personalised PDF: three or four ranked AI use cases for your business, a sensible first step for each, and one or two dead-ends to avoid. No call, no sequence, no card. The same work we would charge for in the first hour of a paid engagement.
How long does it take to fill out?
Four short steps and around four minutes if you move quickly, six if you give the third question the attention it deserves. Everything is single-screen, no account, no friction.
Is it really free? What is the catch?
Yes, really free, and there is no catch. Most of the value of an opening audit is in the structure — ranking, dead-ends, the recommended starting point — and that structure already exists. The bespoke part is reading what you wrote and applying it. If the audit is useful and you want help acting on it, you will know where to find us. If you do not, you still have a useful PDF.
Who is the audit for?
UK SMEs who suspect AI should be doing something for them but are not sure where to start. Most of our clients are 5-150 person businesses with an owner-operator close to the work. We are based in North Northamptonshire and work UK-wide.
How is this different from an automated AI audit tool?
Automated tools like Auditsky and HypeDigitaly audit your website or marketing surface. We audit your business — what your team actually does, where time is going, and which use cases will pay back fastest given your industry, size and constraints. You can run both and they will not say the same thing.
Will you share my data?
No. Submissions are stored in our private inbox, used only to write your audit, and never sold or shared. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time by replying to the email we send.
